That’s what it’s all about
AGIONT.wellbeing is the SaaS platform from Eudemos for the legally compliant implementation of risk assessments for mental stress. It supports all seven legally required phases – from the anonymous survey and workshop-based development of measures to the audit-capable effectiveness test. Data storage in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
AGIONT.wellbeing in two minutes
Anyone setting up a GBU Psyche for the first time quickly realizes that the survey is just the beginning. The real effort comes afterwards – in developing measures, involving managers and proving their effectiveness. AGIONT.wellbeing is designed to do just that. In two minutes you can see what this looks like in practice.
Most mental stress analysis projects survive the survey and the first workshop phase. Only then do they begin to systematically derail. What the data has made visible should be translated into measures. But this is exactly where improvisation takes place: Workshop minutes in Word, lists of measures in Excel, responsibilities in emails, effectiveness monitoring nowhere. We have experienced steering committees that ask themselves one year after the start of the project what has actually become of the decisions. The action phase is the structural weak point of the risk assessment for the psyche – and the reason why audits regularly uncover gaps here. This is precisely where AGIONT.wellbeing comes in.
In detail
Eight slides, eight views of the platform. Each shows an area of the system with the corresponding screenshot – from the report architecture to the task cockpit to the global action library. The sequence follows the life cycle of a GBU project: collect, understand, decide, implement, follow up. Click through – or let the slider run.
Security, data protection, architecture
Answers about workload, stress and conflicts are among the most sensitive things an employer knows about its employees. AGIONT.wellbeing is built accordingly: German hosting, separate servers, no public SSH access, passwordless login, AES-256 encrypted backups. GDPR, AVV and pseudonymization are standard features. If you want to go deeper, download the whitepaper below.
Hosting in Germany
Three dedicated servers in Hetzner data centers in Frankfurt: Production, monitoring and survey in the private VLAN. Upstream Hetzner Cloud Firewall.

Encryption
TLS 1.3 with HSTS for all web traffic. Restic-encrypted backups with AES-256, key and repository managed separately.
Passwordless login
Login via signed link to the stored e-mail address. No password database. Admin access exclusively via tailscale mesh VPN, no public SSH port.
Monitoring & audit log
Dedicated monitoring server with central log aggregation and availability checks. Critical security events escalate within minutes via SMS.
Backup & Restore
Hourly DB dumps, daily full backups, weekly snapshots on a separate storage box. Retention 30 daily and 8 weekly snapshots.
GDPR & Privacy by Design
DPA in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR in the standard contract. Pseudonymization ex works; minimum group sizes are technically enforced and cannot be circumvented by admins.

Whitepaper: Security Controls Overview
For IT security, compliance or purchasing who need complete technical documentation for due diligence. Includes: Hosting architecture, encryption and authentication model, backup and audit concept, DORA-compliant contract structure and the technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
In use – three typical scenarios
Production with locations
Size indicator: 300-8,000 employees, 2-4 plants,
Two topics are always present in production: multilingualism and job-specific stress.
People from often six to eight countries of origin work in the factory halls. We set up the survey in the languages that are actually spoken at the plant – not just German and English.
We also add activity-specific modules –piecework, shift, noise level, machine operation – and evaluate them in a differentiated manner. Both are standard in AGIONT.wellbeing: multilingualism with AI-supported translation workflow, questionnaire modules can be assigned to each area of activity.
Banks & Insurances
Size indicator: 800-15,000 employees, regulated industry
Banks are our core industry. We have supported over a hundred banks, many over several survey cycles. From this, we have built up an industry benchmark that we bring to every banking project.
The GBU.Q questionnaire has ready-made scales for typical banking activities.
The AGIONT.wellbeing standard contract is DORA-ready and covers order processing, audit rights, sub-service provider chain and exit clauses in such a way that banking compliance does not become a project in its own right.

Public service
Size indicator: 500-4,000 employees, staff council structure
We know the public sector. Over the years, we have supported administrations, police forces, fire departments, daycare centers and municipal companies – and have developed our own additional questions for each of these areas of activity. We share references from specific projects on request.
Data protection is stricter in the public sector than in the private sector. Data protection officers from public authorities take a closer look earlier, and the staff council formulates requirements that go beyond what works councils demand in comparable constellations.
AGIONT.wellbeing is built for this: Minimum group sizes are technically enforced and cannot be circumvented even by admins, pseudonymization is standard, the eight-phase program workflow includes staff council involvement as a separate approval step.
And if the survey results in major structural measures – staffing levels, shift models, technical equipment – then OHM consulting alone is not enough. We also talk to politicians when major measures are necessary and budget approvals are required.

Special case: European risk assessment
The risk assessment of mental stress has been regulated at EU level since 1989 – by the Occupational Health and Safety Framework Directive 89/391/EEC. It obliges all member states to ensure an assessment of psychosocial risks in the workplace. However, national implementation varies considerably:
- Germany – Obligation under Section 5 (3) No. 6 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG), substantiated by the GDA Guideline on Mental Stress and DGUV Principle 311-003.
- France – Obligation from Art. L4121-1 et seq. Code du travail, implemented in the DUERP (Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques Professionnels), methodological guidelines of the INRS.
- Italy – Art. 28 D.Lgs. 81/2008, evaluation methodology for stress lavoro-correlato by INAIL.
- Spain – Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, methodology by the INSST (Notas Técnicas de Prevención).
The international standard is ISO 45003:2021 – Guidelines for the management of psychosocial risks in the workplace. It is not a certifiable management system in the narrower sense like ISO 45001, but acts as a reference document to which AGIONT.wellbeing is methodically oriented.
Not only are the laws heterogeneous, but also the participation structures. German works council according to BetrVG, French Comité Social et Économique (CSE) according to Code du travail Art. L2311-1 et seq., Italian Rappresentanza dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza (RLS) according to Art. 47 D.Lgs. 81/2008, Spanish Delegados de Prevención according to Art. 35 LPRL. If you set up a GBU psyche across national borders, these structures must be properly integrated into the process – otherwise the survey can be legally challenged.
We are currently systematically expanding this use case. AGIONT.wellbeing is already technically multi-country-capable (multilingualism ex works, separate clients per country, country-specific minimum group sizes, consolidated evaluation at group level). The methodological foundation – the five types of measures, the FiP process, the structural overload logic – is based on psychological and work organization realities that are similarly structured in all EU member states. As a German-Danish consultancy, Eudemos itself is familiar with two legal areas.
We are looking for pilot partners among German companies with EU subsidiaries and European holdings that want to set up their psychological stress analyses on a transnational basis for the first time.
AGIONT.wellbeing + Eudemos methodology
Software alone does not solve GBU. It provides the database, the workflows, the audit trail. What lies between findings and effective measures – interpretation, control, communication – we take care of.
Packages and prices
The value of the license lies in the significant reduction in internal administrative work relating to the GBU Psyche – data preparation and reporting module with rights system, action management, checklists, reminder systems, action tracking, effectiveness testing. The implementation of the survey and the methodological support come from our consulting practice and are agreed separately as a consulting or service package, depending on the constellation.
